Alfresco dining and entertaining:
Melbourne’s temperate climate allows for a substantial outdoor lifestyle. To maximise this pleasurable pastime, all properties have expansive external or alfresco entertaining and dining facilities. Each property has a wall of floor to ceiling glass folding doors, leading from the main dining room to an attractive garden patio setting. This spacious environment boasts a large dining table and chairs, a BBQ and outside gas heaters for all year enjoyment.

Gymnasium facilities:
A dedicated gym, on every new property, fully equipped with commercial grade apparatus (no more costly gym fees), a plasma television and sound system.

Servicing rooms and communal areas:
All common areas are serviced on a regular basis. Individual room cleaning is available on a user pays basis.

What’s included in the fees:
House Share VIC pays the bills.
Gas, electricity, water, gardening, cleaning and house maintenance are included in the room rental, plus plasma televisions, sound systems in lounge and gym areas where available.

Optional extras:
The supply of bed linen is available and charged on a user pays basis.

Public transport:
Each property is within 300metres of a tram and easily accessible to trains and buses. Inner Melbourne has an extensive and regular train, tram and bus network (see site map). Trams are frequent throughout the day, and a normal city trip takes 10-15 minutes.
