What’s included in the rental:
House Share VIC pays the bills. Gas, electricity, water, gardening, cleaning and house maintenance are included in the room rental, plus plasma televisions and sound systems in lounge and gym areas where available.

Optional extras:
An individual room cleaning service, bed linen, internet access and phone land line are is available at various properties, charged on a user pays basis.
