Note that the room type has the rate per week next to it
according to the property s elected.

Depending on the property selected, the minimum duration of
stay is at intervals of 1, 2, and 3 months.
The estimatred total (ex GST) will display accordingly to the
duration of stay selected.

Please refer to the rates page for details on each property,
including the minimum stay intervals and associated rates.

Once you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation
confirmation email of your reservation request.
